Contact and company management in Morfync

One record per person and one per organisation, linked together, owned by someone, and searchable by the whole workspace.

Morfync contact management stores each person and each company as a structured record with an owner, a status, a source, and tags. Contacts are linked to the company they belong to, and every opportunity, task, and activity attaches to those records so the full history stays in one place.

What it does

Inside the feature

  • People and organisations, linked

A contact belongs to a company record, so you can open either side and see the other. No duplicated organisation details across ten separate contacts.

  • Ownership that is explicit

Every record has an owner. When someone asks who is handling an account, the answer is on the record rather than in a conversation.

  • Status, source, and tags

Segment records by where they came from and where they stand. Filter the list to the slice you care about instead of scrolling the whole database.

  • Fields that match your terminology

Workspace configuration lets you adjust the fields and values your team uses, so the record reads like your business rather than a generic template.

Why it matters

The problem this solves

Spreadsheets lose the relationships

A sheet of contacts cannot express that four people belong to the same account, that one of them is the decision maker, and that there is an open deal behind them. A CRM record can.

Context survives staff changes

When the record holds the history, a handover is an owner change rather than an archaeology project through someone's inbox.
