Who we are

Enterocity Business Solutions LLC ("Enterocity", "we", "us") builds and operates Morfync, a configurable multi-tenant CRM. This policy covers the Morfync marketing website and the Morfync application.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to operate the product:

• Information you submit through our forms, such as your name, work email, company, role, and the message or workflow details you choose to share.
• Account information for users of the Morfync application, such as name, email address, workspace membership, and role.
• Content your team enters into its workspace, including contacts, companies, opportunities, tasks, notes, and activity records.
• Basic technical information generated when you visit the site, such as pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring page.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer workspace data to advertise to your contacts.

• To respond to demo requests, pilot applications, and general enquiries.
• To provide, operate, secure, and support the Morfync application for your workspace.
• To communicate about your account, workspace configuration, service changes, and security matters.
• To understand aggregate website usage so we can improve the content and the product.

Customer workspace data

Where your team stores records in a Morfync workspace, your organisation is the controller of that data and Enterocity acts as processor on your instructions. Each workspace is separated from every other workspace, and access is limited to the users your organisation invites and the Enterocity personnel who need access to operate and support the service.

Legal bases

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent when you submit a form; performance of a contract when we provide the application to your organisation; our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving Morfync; and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure and communication providers to host the application and database, deliver the website, and send transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under contract. We will tell you the current list of processors on request as part of a pilot or contract review.

Cookies and analytics

The Morfync website uses only what is needed to serve pages and, where enabled, privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. The application uses cookies or equivalent storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising networks or cross-site tracking on this site.

Retention

Enquiry and demo request details are kept for as long as needed to follow up and to keep a record of the conversation, then deleted or anonymised. Workspace data is retained for the duration of your agreement with Enterocity and deleted after termination in line with that agreement.

Security

Morfync uses workspace separation, role-based access, server-side authorisation, and encrypted transport. No system can be guaranteed secure, and we do not claim certification we do not hold. Our security approach is described on the security page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. If your data is held inside a customer workspace, contact that organisation first; we will support them in responding. Otherwise contact Enterocity directly and we will respond within the time your law allows.

Children

Morfync is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date shown above. Material changes affecting customer workspaces will also be communicated to the account contact.
