Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Morfync website and, together with any written order or pilot agreement, use of the Morfync application provided by Enterocity Business Solutions LLC ("Enterocity"). Where a signed agreement exists between Enterocity and your organisation, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

The service

Morfync is a configurable, multi-tenant CRM delivered as a hosted service. Each customer operates in a separate workspace configured for its users and process. Morfync is currently in an early product and pilot stage, and features may change as the product develops.

Accounts and access

• Your organisation decides who is invited into its workspace and which role each user holds.
• Account credentials are personal and must not be shared between users.
• You are responsible for removing access when a user leaves your organisation.
• You must notify Enterocity promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

When using Morfync you agree not to:

• Attempt to access another workspace, account, or data you are not authorised to access.
• Probe, scan, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure outside a security disclosure agreed with us.
• Upload unlawful content, malware, or data you have no right to process.
• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messaging or to breach applicable data protection or marketing law.
• Resell, sublicense, or copy the service or attempt to derive its source code.

Your data

Your organisation retains ownership of the records it enters into its workspace. Enterocity processes that data to provide, secure, and support the service, as described in the privacy policy and any data-processing terms agreed with your organisation. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data your team stores in the CRM.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Morfync available and to communicate planned maintenance in advance. During the pilot stage, service levels, support hours, and response targets are agreed individually rather than published as a standard commitment.

Fees

Fees, billing periods, and any pilot arrangements are set out in the order or pilot agreement with your organisation. No pricing is published on this website.

Intellectual property

Morfync, its interface, documentation, and underlying software remain the property of Enterocity. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the product to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing or required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Enterocity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond what is set out in the agreement with your organisation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end an agreement in line with its terms. We may suspend access where there is a security risk, unlawful use, or unpaid fees, and will tell you why. After termination, workspace data is deleted or returned in line with the agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The revision date above shows when they last changed, and material changes affecting active workspaces are communicated to the account contact.
