Feature
Tasks and follow-ups attached to records
The next action lives on the record, with a due date, and it does not quietly disappear when it is late.
Morfync tasks are dated actions attached to a contact, company, or opportunity. Each task has an owner and a due date, overdue tasks are flagged, and completing a task leaves a record on the account history.
What it does
Inside the feature
Attached, not floating
A task belongs to the record it concerns, so opening an account tells you what is next without cross-referencing a separate to-do app.
Due dates and overdue flags
Late follow-ups are marked rather than buried. The work that has slipped is the first thing you see.
Assigned to a person
Tasks have owners, so 'someone should call them back' becomes an actual commitment with a name on it.
Completion becomes history
Finished tasks stay on the timeline, so the record shows what was done and when.
- Send revised scope to DanaOverdue
- Follow up after proposal callToday

Why it matters
The problem this solves
Deals die in the gaps
Most lost opportunities are not lost on price. They are lost because a follow-up never happened after a good conversation.
Inboxes are not a system
A reminder flag in email is invisible to everyone else. A task on the record is visible to the team that has to cover for you.
